NANCY DAVIS

Nancy
started out as a property representative with
John Hancock Insurance Company. Along with
Gerry her husband, she started A&B Insurance
Damage Restoration, Inc. in February 1987.
Nancy
handles all financial, employee, and in-house
matters including banking, accounting and
employee benefits.
Nancy
graduated from West Chester University in
1976. Nancy's precision with the electronic
accounting system and control of all in-house
issues is critical to the day to day operation
of the business and is the strength of the
A&B system.
Nancy
and Gerry have 3 children and reside in Marlton,
NJ.

Mel Lowden
~ Vice President |
Mel
has been in the insurance restoration business
for 30 years, starting out on the cleaning side
and moving into the structural restoration end
of the business. Mel has been with A&B for
19 years.
Mel
schedules and monitors payroll employees and
subcontractors, running up to 10 to 12 jobs
simultaneously.
Mel
is a carpenter by trade and he possess an
in-depth knowledge of many areas that A&B
handles, such as siding, roofing, rough and
finish carpentry, sheetrock and kitchen cabinetry.
Mel
is married with three children and lives in
Gloucester Twp, NJ.

Brian Davis
~ General Manager |
Brian,
who is also our head estimator, produces and/or
approves all estimates. Brian has an extensive
field experience in the area of painting and
carpentry.
Brian
is particularly adept in handling the various
estimate software systems to the extent that
company adjusters often contact Brian for
direction on inputting unusual items. Brian
has been with A&B for 11 years.
Brian
previously handled the installation of all
carpets, vinyl flooring and hardwood floors.
His extensive field background is a definite
advantage in preparing estimates properly.
Brian
is married with two children and resides in
Berlin, NJ.

Donna Long
~ Office Manager |
Donna is an electronic systems expert, and she
is the hub of the operation at A&B Insurance
Damage Restoration, Inc.
Donna
has been with A&B for 8 years and she
is responsible for all electronic file reporting,
electronic status updates to clients, and
electronic estimate transmission.
Donna
also is the pleasant voice that you hear when
calling the A&B office.
Donna's
expert handling of the electronic processing
to our clients has allowed us to continue
to excel in our performance and qualifies
us to work for clients requiring only the
highest degree of services.
Donna
is married with three children and lives
in Medford, NJ.

Dave Collins
~ Job Superintendant |
Dave
is responsible for the management and coordination
of construction jobs in excess of $25,000.00.
Dave typically handles 3 to 5 jobs of this
size simultaneously.
Dave
has extensive background in the construction
field and handles a crew of 8-10 men, as well
as numerous subcontractors. Dave started in
the business with his own cleaning company
and worked into the construction field.
Dave's
experience as a problem solver is invaluable
in handling day to day scheduling. Dave also
is an excellent interpersonal communicator,
helping him deal with homeowners.
Dave
is married with 5 children and resides in
Palmyra, NJ.
